  • Registration Certificate & license under Contract Labour (R&A) Act,1970
  • Paid wages to contract laborers as appropriate govt.of minimum wages
  • To maintaining records, registers, forms under various Acts.
  • To Display of abstract and submit the compliance under Various Acts
  • To Remittance of ESI, EPF ,P.tax & LWF contributions for labourers

If Not Complied you will be liable.

  • To pay fine and or Imprisonment
  •  Arrears of contribution with damages, Interest
